Went to Homecoming at Murray State University, hotel rooms were clean, front desk workers was very nice, great location
My mom’s surgeon suggested this hotel for 3 nights before and after her surgery. We both stayed here the first night and then I stayed 2 more nights. The hotel itself is clean, rooms are very nice, beds are very comfortable. The people here are amazing. They knew my mom was having a double mastectomy and they checked on me every day. They also asked how she was doing. I believe one of them even sent her flowers. The warm breakfast every morning was delicious. I would stay here again and refer others to do so as well.
Just got off the phone with the most helpful man! Erin, you truly deserve a raise. He went above and beyond to make sure we will have everything we need for our last-minute stay — so grateful for the incredible service!!!!
All of the staff here was so helpful and friendly. Front desk staff was exceptional and gave us some dinner ideas. Room's was very clean. Breakfast was great too. We will be staying here again!
Room was clean and well furnished. The bed was comfortable and I had a great nights sleep with the darkening blinds filtering almost all of the light from the room. Staff was friendly, though housekeeping was quite loud yelling up and down the hall.
Everything is always nice at this hotel with a very friendly staff. I will stay here everytime I am in the area.
